Sometimes our mind is filled with negativity for ourselves. We are full of thoughts like “I am a bad person”, “I am not competent”, “ I hate myself”, “ I hurt others”, etc.
All this reduces our self-esteem and leads to depression.
When we start doubting ourselves, we start losing our self-confidence. During such moments we just need someone to tell us that we are a not a bad person. We need to hear some positive words about ourselves. We should surround ourselves with positive people. Positivity spreads positivity.
